Private aviation
Charter flights sourced and confirmed with certificated operators, arranged around your schedule rather than a fixed route.

Every leg of a trip arranged and confirmed, with AAES acting as your broker.
AAES arranges private aviation, yacht and marine charter, accommodations, and ground travel for members moving through South Florida and beyond. We work as a broker and arranger: we source and confirm each leg of a trip with FAR Part 135 (or, where applicable, Part 91) certificated air carriers, licensed marine operators, and ground providers — AAES does not own or operate aircraft or vessels, and nothing on this page should be read as anything else. That distinction is how the work actually happens: a request that starts with us ends with a confirmed operator, a tail number or vessel, and a point of contact who is actually flying or sailing you.
A request can be as simple as a single ground transfer or as involved as a multi-leg trip spanning a private flight, a charter, and accommodations at the other end — we coordinate all of it from one file, so the itinerary reads as one trip instead of four separate bookings. Timing, ground transport at each stop, and contingency options are worked out before departure, not discovered at the gate.
We work with operators and properties we've used before, not the first name that comes up in a search, and we confirm the details — certification, availability, and pricing — before anything is presented to you as booked. If a plan changes en route, the same point of contact who arranged it is the one who adjusts it, so a delayed flight or a shifted itinerary doesn't turn into five separate phone calls.
Requests originate across all three markets, but a large share connect through Miami International, Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International, Palm Beach International, or one of the regional executive airports, alongside marinas in Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. We don't hold an inventory of aircraft or vessels to sell from — every trip is sourced to the request, which means we can't promise a specific aircraft type or tail number until an operator actually confirms it, and we won't describe a charter as booked until that confirmation is in hand. The same standard applies to marine charter: a captain and vessel are confirmed, licensed, and insured for the trip before a member sees a departure time. Ground transport at either end of a trip is arranged the same way, so nothing about the itinerary is left for a member to coordinate themselves.
A single-city trip and a multi-country itinerary go through the same file, just with more legs on it. We keep a running record of what a member prefers — cabin configuration, dietary notes for a charter, preferred ground vehicles — so a repeat request doesn't start from a blank page, and we flag anything on an itinerary that hasn't been confirmed yet rather than let a member assume it has.
