At-home barber & stylist
Scheduling for independent stylists and barbers to come to a member's home or hotel ahead of an event.

Scheduling and coordination for stylists, spa, recovery, and physician or chiropractic visits.
AAES coordinates and schedules personal care appointments for members — at-home barber and stylist visits, spa and recovery services, and appointments with physicians and chiropractors. AAES is not a healthcare provider, does not practise medicine, employs no clinical staff, and gives no medical advice; we schedule the appointment and handle the logistics around it, and the provider you see is responsible for the care itself. Wherever "coordinate" and "schedule" appear on this page, that's the entire scope of what this division does — nothing here should be read as AAES treating, diagnosing, or providing a clinical service directly.
Most requests are personal care, not medical: an at-home barber or stylist ahead of a dinner or event, a massage therapist or facialist scheduled around a member's calendar, or a recovery-focused spa visit fit into a day that doesn't otherwise have room for it. We hold relationships with independent stylists, therapists, and spa operators across all three markets and schedule around a member's timing rather than a storefront's open hours.
For physician and chiropractic appointments, our role is scheduling only — we help a member get on a provider's calendar and coordinate the logistics of the visit. AAES does not refer members for treatment, does not receive any payment or benefit from any provider for scheduling a member's visit, and makes no claim about a provider's approach or outcomes; the care itself is between the member and the provider they see.
We do not collect health information through this website. Scheduling requests should include only a name, a preferred date and time, and the type of appointment — no symptoms, conditions, or medical history, here or in any form we send.
Scheduling happens on a member's timeline, not a provider's office hours — a request placed in the morning for an evening appointment, or a recurring standing appointment set up once and then simply confirmed each time it's due. Coverage spans all three markets; where a specific type of appointment isn't available through an existing relationship in a given market, we say so rather than substitute something else and describe it as equivalent.
This division exists because scheduling is genuinely the friction point it sounds like — a hold-and-wait phone call, a booking site with no availability shown, a preferred stylist who's fully booked without a standing relationship to call on. AAES removes that friction without stepping into the provider's role at any point: we make the appointment, confirm it, and put it on a member's calendar, and the visit itself proceeds exactly as it would if the member had booked it directly.
